RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Thank you for choosing Silque. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless Returns & Exchanges process to ensure you have the best possible experience with our products.

1. Return and Exchange Period:

  • Our policy allows Australian customers a 14-day return or exchange window from the date of receipt, while international customers enjoy a more extended 30-day period to make decisions.
  • To commence the return or exchange process, please download and fill out the comprehensive returns form available on our website or within your package. For your convenience, the form can be downloaded here.

2. Completing the Returns Form:

  • Clearly outline your return details, specifying whether you are seeking a refund or an exchange.
  • Provide a brief explanation of the reason for the return, referencing the returns form for an exhaustive list of acceptable reasons. In the event that your parcel does not include a returns form, please promptly get in touch with us.

3. Shipping and Responsibility:

  • For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked service with 'proof of postage' for all return shipments.
  • It's important to note that until your returned goods are received by Silque, they remain under your responsibility. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, please reach out to our customer care team before dispatching any returns.

4. Processing Time:

  • Kindly allow us up to 14 working days to meticulously process and handle your returned items upon their receipt.

5. Returns Shipping Label:

  • As a special offer for our new Australian customers, your first purchase includes a complimentary return shipping label, applicable for exchanges only. Upon verification, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email, facilitating a smooth exchange. 
  • If you wish to initiate a full refund, please be advised that you are responsible for covering the associated postage costs at your own expense. Kindly send the items to the address at the bottom of this page or in the downloadable returns form.

6. International Customers:

  • Customers outside of Australia are responsible for the costs associated with returning their packages to us.

7. Eligibility Criteria:

  • To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, free from signs of use or wear, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging, including the luxury cotton bags.
  • When returning items, ensure they are free from any marks or residues such as spray tan, makeup, or perfume, as these factors may impact the eligibility of your return or exchange.
  • It's important to note that, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for thong underwear bottoms.

8. Exceptions:

  • Thong underwear bottoms are considered non-returnable for hygiene standards.

10. Damaged Items Policy:

At Silque, we pride ourselves on the quality and integrity of our products. However, it is important for customers to treat their purchases with care. We understand that accidents can happen, but please be advised that Silque is not liable for any damage that occurs after the item has been worn or used by the customer.

If an item is damaged while under your care, including but not limited to tears, stains, or alterations, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept it for return or exchange. This policy applies to all our products, without exception. We encourage customers to inspect their purchases upon receipt and before use, to ensure they meet your expectations and are free from any pre-existing damages.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team immediately, before wearing or using the product, as outlined in section 3. This allows us to address and rectify the issue promptly, ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase and experience with Silque.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN AND SEND BACK TO US:

  1. Complete the returns form.
  2. Place the completed form and items inside the original box along with all packaging materials.
  3. Clearly indicate whether you prefer an exchange or refund.
  4. Specify the reason for the return.
  5. If exchanging, clearly indicate the desired replacement item.
  6. Cover or remove old labels and mark the box as 'returned goods.'
  7. Mail your package while capturing a photo of the receipt and tracking number, then promptly email us a copy of the receipt and tracking number for our records.
  8. To ensure successful processing, goods must reach our office in their original condition.
  9. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn and are not in their 'original' condition.
